I have always had a great experience when visiting Zieba Family Dentistry. The staff members are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. Gina is always very welcoming and helpful at the front desk. Christine is gentle, but also thorough when cleaning my teeth. She has helped to ease my anxiety in the dental office. Courtney is always right there to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Charles Zieba is very thorough at explaining all treatment and making sure you understand all recommendations.
Zieba Family Dentistry is and will stay the only place I can go to get anything done to my mouth! This may sound extreme but it is true. I used to dread and find excuses to cancel my yearly check ups to the dentist, before going to Zieba Family Dentistry. I had actually gone 4 years without seeing a dentist! Of course that wasn't good for my teeth and I actually had pain in a few areas in my mouth but I still refused to go because of such painful experiences at other places.
Like I said I will never go anywhere else! I am excited to have a dentist that I actually enjoy going to! I would have never imagined that it is possible to be excited to go to your dentist! I also look forward to having a dentist that I will feel good about taking my children to! I know that everyone at Zieba Family Dentistry would make a child feel so excited, they would make it fun for a child! Which I am sure I'll treasure as a mother.
I met Heather Zieba at The Elegant Child, where her son was attending. I thought she was such a kind person. One day she over heard me complaining about my tooth hurting and how I didn't want to go to the dentist. Heather sweetly told me that her husband and herself owned a practice and that I really should get my tooth looked at. I said I would make an appointment, I wasn't excited to go but already Heather had somehow put me at ease a bit and I'm so glad she said something, I needed that just to get me into a dentist office!
Our family of six has been under the care of Dr. Charles and Heather Zieba for years, and we fully endorse their outstanding patient care. Their office is extremely professional in all regards, and the dental care is excellent. Both dentists are incredibly knowledgeable in their fields, and have assisted in collaboration with our oral surgeon and children's orthodontist. They are both proactive in achieving optimal outcomes in coordination with other dental specialists. Their office staff is friendly and efficient, and very flexible with appointments. Each cleaning that I have had done, all the cavities I had to get after my long time away from a dentist, the Zieba's and their staff took care of it all for me with such a gentle touch! Everyone in the office makes sure to ask how you are and the dentist will make sure you are comfortable every step of the way! I have moved since that first appointment many years ago and I am now more than an hour away. I gladly make the trip out! It is worth it to my husband and I to have a good experience.
As soon as I walked in my anxiety lessened, Zieba Family Dentistry has such a home like feeling to it. The atmosphere is calming in itself. The first person I met was Debbie, at the front desk, she made any anxiety I had left disappear! She was so sweet, very welcoming and some how she got me laughing even though this was my first dentist appointment in 4 years! I found it impressive! By the time I was in the chair for a cleaning I had no stress at all and oddly it wasn't returning! The best part and what has kept me coming back is that whoever works on my teeth is always someone who is gentle.
The doctors and the entire staff are very friendly and considerate of my family. They are always helpful to my parents, especially my dad with Alzheimer's. They go above and beyond, helping him in and out of the office and explaining procedures to my mother.
I love their new office location. It is easy to access and easy to locate.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I love Dr. Charlie and Christine (dental hygienist). The care they provide to their patients is remarkable. I love getting my teeth cleaned there and they are very proactive about working with your schedule to come in for a cleaning. I would recommend anyone to Zieba Family Dentistry.
Even though they have not always been on my particular dental plan, I have continued to go them because their support of my family is worth it.
