As with all cellular stores, it is a long wait. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices
I am a sprint customer more than 10 years. This is a worst experience I ever had. Don't go there if you need some help. There are whole liars over there. Very bad. I would like to give a negative if I can. No more for sprint.
Meh. Mostly helpful. Couldn't do a lot because it's not a corporate owned store. Still had to call Sprint and talk to some CS agent who's first language wasn't English. Maybe not even 2nd language.
Horrible service every time I've been there and I've been there 3 times. If you're not there to buy a phone, or set up new service you have to beg for help. You have to beg them too take your money.
Brad was awesome! We came in less than an hour before close and he was nothing but patient. We never felt rushed at any time and that we had his undivided attention, even though we didn't have all of our information together.
