The owners and staff at this store are extremely helpful, they have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service to me for over a year now, time and time again.
I came in about 10 minutes before they closed for a last minute print job for my baby shower. Though it was a farely inexpensive request ($5.75) the customer service was well above average.
My print job wasn't their highest bill I'm sure, but the fact that they treated me with such kindness & efficiency speaks volumes. I'm HUGE on customer service & quality. They have both! Little do they know I will have a small business soon & I will go to them for any of my small business needs in the future! A $6 job can turn into much more when you have a customer who returns! Never cease an opportunity to go the extra mile because it pays off in the end
I had a birth certificate shipped to me. Payed $18 since I could not wait 3 weeks for it to arrive. It requires a signature so my wife stayed home to sign. The doorbell never rang, but we got a note saying they would try to deliver the next business day. 5 days later and nothing. I even left the missed delivery note signed on the door, but they never came.
Had to drive over to UPS with the newborn to pick it up in person.
I have always had good service. I use them frequently. They explain all the options available for shipping a package. It's nice to have all the shipping choices in one place like UPS vs USPS.
The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. I've been in here several times.
The store employees were very helpful though. And I got the document to my health insurance in time.
