We were shopping for high quality area rugs. Ruth, a designer at Dau, helped us select 3. One was totally custom-made, from a high-end American company. When the rugs were delivered to our home, the colors in the custom-made rug weren't as we anticipated, and we knew immediately that we wouldn't be happy with it. We contacted Ruth, who dropped everything to come out to our home and assess the situation. She worked patiently and diligently to resolve the situation, which took some effort since it was a custom-made order. The additional pricing for the return and replacement was fair. We are delighted with the final product! In fact, we love all 3 of our new rugs - they've totally changed the look of our living space. Thank you, Ruth and Dau, for your help and patience through the process. We'll return for future decorating projects!
My family has been shopping at Dau for a while now. Everyone else has been extraordinarily happy with the products. My husband and I finally purchased our own house and Dau was the first place I looked for new couches. We worked with Ryan Dau. He was wonderful. Dau Furniture's experienced interior designers provide excellent customer service. I've been a Dau customer for 25 years because Dottie and Kim (and Steve at the warehouse) have always exceeded my expectations. Nice people, beautiful furniture, and superb service.
