I love going here because it is close to home and they are open late until ten at night so I can get my last minute supplies to finish a project I am working on.
The people at Home Depot are always so helpful. They smile at you and make you feel comfortable asking questions. Another thing I like is that they make sure you know all of the options. They don't just try the hard sell. The employees are knowledgeable about the products they sell. If they don't know the answer they bend over backwards to find the answer. Very accommodating.
The staff was super helpful and informative. I knew nothing about the products I was buying and the staff explained the uses of an impact drill and how to add gas to a chainsaw properly since my life was impacted by hurricane Irma. Thank you John in the chainsaw Dept. And I didn't notice the name of the tool employee, but Thank you as well.
This is the absolute worst Home Depot I have ever been to. I have been in the store about 15 times and every single time no is willing to help you. Every time I ask a floor associate for help they are rude. The staff is far from knowledgeable. This store needs new management asap!!
We were there last night looking to buy a bathtub for the home we're remodeling. Gina, staff member who assisted us, was great! She sat us down and answered all our questions, looked at reviews, and was patient with my stressed out self and bored seven year old daughter. Bought a american standard tub and delta surround and turns out the two brands wouldn't work together. Had to return and get a credit for the surround and bought the tub. The younger boy working there didn't seem to want to help load the tub into our truck though. That's the Only thing that bothered me.
