Great facilities. Very clean. Management is very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.
After receiving my unit, it went very nice. Although there are no places to park inside their facility, it was easy to pull in and drip things off. There are motion detector lights, if the lights are not on. Well lit hallways.
I could not have asked for a better experience storing my stuff.
I wish every part of my move had gone as smoothly as did dealing with Extra Space Storage. Set-up was a breeze, all the prices were up front and reasonable (especially after their first month discount!), and the facility itself was roomy, clean, and easy-to-use. I was able to park right up against the elevator, and they had several free-to-use flat dollies waiting to help me the rest of the way from there.
My only suggestion is for the company to provide a floor map, near the elevator, of the units. It can be rather daunting if you get lost.
I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Extra Space Storage on Strecker Rd. We have both office space and storage units at this location, so spend quite a bit of time there. The manager, Brad, and the rest of the Extra Space staff are tremendously accommodating, friendly and work hard to create and maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment. I highly recommend Extra Space for your storage or office-space needs.
Very friendly staff and they make the process very smooth and explain everything to make sure you understand. Ask one question or ask all you can think of, they will have an answer and they treat you like you matter.
This place is amazing. Safe, clean and the manager, Brad, could not be more helpful. I’ve rented many storage spaces in the past and this is by far the best one. I have no hesitation in recommending Extra Space!
