Excellent service and knowledge. They make sure that everything is perfect about the bike you get. They don't just plop it off the rack and hand it to you. The handlebar stem I wanted wasn't in stock so Tim loaned me his until mine came in. How's that for going above and beyond.
Great service and quality bikes. If you buy a bike here, they will provide service on it whenever you need it. I bought my hybrid bike here and a kids bike for my daughter. If I ever need another one, I'll come here.
